Flow-Control Valves
LMS has developed proprietary technology to manufacture silicone valves using the liquid injection molding (LIM) process. We’ve patented a revolutionary valve design called MediFlo® and SureFlo®.
This one-piece, bidirectional or one-way silicone valve opens and closes at predetermined forces and vacuums and is used to dispense liquids, gases, or powders.
LMS also produces a wide variety of other valve designs including
duckbill, umbrella, flapper, diaphragm, poppet, bullet-nose, bite valves, self-vent valves, one-way valves, and other custom designs.
Applications include anti-drip, docking port, fluid flow switch, contamination barrier, and anti-mess solutions.
Custom Valves
LMS specializes in working with designers and engineers around the world to create custom valves for specific flow control applications. Our
custom products department has over 20 years of experience in liquid injection molding (LIM).
Plastic Assemblies
LMS can also develop and produce plastic components and valve assemblies from design and prototype to final production.
